逍遥丸对利培酮所致男性精神分裂症患者高泌乳素血症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨逍遥丸对利培酮致男性精神分裂症患者高泌乳素血症的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月广州市民政局精神病院门诊或住院的120例利培酮致男性精神分裂症高泌乳素血症的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。研究组予逍遥丸,对照组不干预(空白对照),治疗6个月,比较两组患者治疗前,治疗第1、3、6个月血清泌乳素水平,并采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估临床症状,副反应量表(TESS)评价药物副反应。结果治疗第3、6个月,研究组血清泌乳素水平低于本组治疗前,血清泌乳素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后PANSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论逍遥丸能有效降低男性精神分裂症患者服用利培酮所致的血清高泌乳素水平,且不影响临床症状不增加药物不良反应,有利于患者精神疾病的康复。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoyao Pills on hyperprolactinemia in Risperidone-induced male schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 male patients with Risperidone-induced hyperprolactinemia in psychiatric hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Mental Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was given Xiaoyao Pills,and the control group didn't receive any intervention(blank control),both groups were treated for 6 months.The serum prolactin levels of the two groups were compared before treatment and at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment.The clinical symptoms were evaluated by positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)was used to evaluate the side effects.Results At the 3rd and 6th month of treatment,the serum prolactin levels in the study group were lower than those before treatment,and the serum prolactin level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PANSS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyao Pills can effectively reduce the level of serum prolactin caused by Risperidone in male schizophrenia patients,and does not affect clinical symptoms and increase drug adverse reactions,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with mental diseases.
