摘 要:人才是中国式现代化的基础性、战略性支撑,高质量发展是中国式现代化的首要任务。石化领域人才培育对提升我国石化行业高质量发展具有重大战略意义。文章基于中山大学惠州研究院的十几年的发展经验,深入开展了石化领域人才培育模式的探索与实践,提出了产学研协同人才培育结构、开创了产业工人“双通道提升”培养模式、优化了技术人才能力评价路径,从不同层次针对人才培养及人才梯队建设探索出了一条适合石化产业高质量发展的实践路径。Talents are the foundation and strategic support of Chinese path to modernization,and high-quality development is the primary task of Chinese path to modernization.The cultivation of talents in the petrochemical industry is of great strategic significance for enhancing the high-quality development of China’s petrochemical industry.Based on the more than ten years of development experience of Huizhou Research Institute of Sun Yat-sen University,and deeply explores and practices the talent cultivation model in the petrochemical industry.It proposes a collaborative talent cultivation structure between industry,academia,and research,creates a“dual channel”training model for industrial workers,optimizes the evaluation path for technical talent capabilities,and explores a practical path suitable for high-quality development of the petrochemical industry from different levels of talent cultivation and talent echelon construction.
