摘　　要：乒乓球运动作为我国的“国球”,在国内广泛普及,吸引了越来越多的参与者,尤其是青少年。然而,伴随而来的运动损伤问题也日益严重,尤其是肩部损伤。如何有效且科学地预防青少年在乒乓球运动中发生肩部损伤,以促进其健康成长及终身参与体育活动,成为亟须研究的重要课题。该文采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法,对济南市某乒乓球培训中心青少年学员的肩部损伤情况进行了深入调查,分析了其损伤的发生频率、类型及程度等,归纳出造成肩部损伤的诱因,并提出了针对性建议,旨在增强青少年的预防意识,减少因乒乓球运动引起的肩部损伤问题。Table Tennis,as a"national sport",is widely popular and has attracted more and more participants,especially among the youth.However,the accompanying sports injury problem is becoming more and more serious,particularly shoulder injuries.How to effectively and scientifically prevent shoulder injuries in youth Table Tennis is crucial for fostering healthy growth and lifelong engagement in sports activities has become an important research topic that urgently needs to be studied.This study employs methods such as Literature Review,Interviews,Questionnaires,Mathematical Statistics,and Logical Analysis to conduct an in-depth investigation of shoulder injuries among young students at a table tennis training center in Jinan.It analyzes the frequency,types,and severity of shoulder injuries,summarizes the causes of these injuries and offers targeted recommendations aiming at enhancing the prevention awareness of the youth and reducing shoulder injuries caused by Table Tennis.
