摘　　要：在国家大力推动一流本科专业建设的背景下,各高校参照国家标准,积极投身于一流本科专业建设工作之中。实践教学与高质量就业成为衡量一流本科专业建设成效的重要指标。该文选取河北科技师范学院省级一流本科运动康复专业作为研究试点,旨在探讨运动康复专业的人才培养现状,明确该专业人才培养应具备的职业能力,剖析专业实践教学中存在的问题,进而重构并验证了运动康复专业的实践教学体系。此外,该文还提出了以高质量就业为导向的一流运动康复专业实践教学的发展路径,旨在促进运动康复专业的持续发展。Under the background of national efforts to build first-class undergraduate major,colleges and universities actively carry out first-class undergraduate major construction according to national standards.Practical teaching and high-quality employment are important indicators to evaluate the construction of first-class undergraduate major.This paper takes the provincial-level first-class undergraduate Sports Rehabilitation major of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology as a research pilot,aiming to explore the current situation of talent cultivation in Sports Rehabilitation major,clarify the professional ability that talents should possess in this major,analyze the problems in professional practice teaching,and then reconstruct and verify the practical teaching system of Sports Rehabilitation major.In addition,this paper puts forward the development path of first-class Sports Rehabilitation major practical teaching oriented by high-quality employment,aiming to promote the sustainable development of Sports Rehabilitation majors.
