摘  要:青少年运动训练是促进生理与心理同步发展的关键路径。在训练过程中,青少年的心理因素往往起着决定性作用,影响着他们能否有效应对各种挑战,保持良好的训练状态。针对青少年在运动训练中常见的心理依赖、强烈的自我意识以及情绪波动等现象,实施积极的心理干预与指导显得尤为重要。通过科学合理的心理素质训练,青少年能更出色地适应运动训练中的挑战与压力,实现健康成长。Teenager sports training is an important way to promote the simultaneous development of physiology and psychology.In the process of training,the psychological factors of teenagers play a decisive role,affecting their ability to effectively cope with various challenges and maintain a good training state.In view of the phenomena such as psychological dependence,strong self-awareness and emotional fluctuation among teenagers in sports training,implementing positive psychological intervention and guidance are particularly critical.Through scientific and rational psychological quality training,teenagers can better adapt to various challenges and pressures in sports training and achieve healthy growth.
