摘　　要：该文分析了当前县域普通高中体育课程改革中的一系列问题。针对这些问题,提出了一系列实践路径与优化建议。第一,要转变教学观念,通过加强体教融合提升体育与教育的协同作用。第二,要加大对师资队伍的投入,提升教师的专业水平和教学能力。第三,建立多元化的教学体系,将线上线下资源有效结合,能够进一步提升学生的学习效率。第四,通过增强课堂互动,设计丰富多样的体育活动来激发学生的参与兴趣和积极性。通过这些改革举措,旨在全面提升体育课程的教学质量,培养学生的综合素质,推动县域普通高中体育教育的健康可持续发展。This paper analyzes a series of problems in the reform of Physical Education curriculum in county-level high schools.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward a series of practical paths and optimization suggestions.First,it is necessary to change the teaching concept and enhance the synergy between sports and education by strengthening the integration of sports and education.Second,it is necessary to increase the investment in the teaching staff and improve the professional level and teaching ability of teachers.Third,establishing a diversified teaching system and effectively combining online and offline resources can further improve students'learning efficiency.Fourth,by strengthening classroom interaction and designing rich and varied sports activities,students'interest and enthusiasm in participation can be stimulated.Through these reform measures,it aims to comprehensively improve the teaching quality of Physical Education courses,cultivate students'comprehensive quality,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of Physical Education in county-level high schools.
