摘　　要：将图像处理技术应用于包装机多轴控制过程中,设计基于图像处理技术的小袋食品包装机多轴控制系统。该系统中,工业相机实时采集目标图像通过通信接口传输至图像处理模块;图像处理模块以visual C++2008运行库为开发环境,利用AVT数据库存储接收的目标图像,利用图像分割与二值化等处理算法提取图像内目标形状、位置与速度等信息,信息经由OPC客户端传输至控制模块;控制模块以IDEABOX运动控制器为核心,根据接收的目标信息进行包装机多轴控制方案设计并将控制命令发送至伺服驱动器,利用其驱动电机与变频器分别控制多轴机械平台内各轴与皮带传输机运动。系统性能测试结果显示,系统图像处理与传输精度较高,且动态响应速度较快;相同工作量下与对比系统相比运行时间降低3.55 h以上,气密合格率提升0.11%以上。Apply image processing technology to the multi axis control process of packaging machines,and design a multi axis control system for small bag food packaging machines based on image processing technology.In this system,the industrial camera collects the target image in real time and transmits it to the image processing module through the communication interface;the image processing module uses Visual C++The 2008 operation database is the development environment.AVT database is used to store the received target image.Image segmentation and binarization processing algorithms are used to extract the shape,position and speed of the target in the image.The information is transmitted to the control module via OPC client.The control module takes the ideabox operation controller as the core,and designs the multi axis control scheme of the packaging machine according to the received target information Send the control command to the servo driver,and use its drive motor and frequency converter to control the movement of each axis and belt conveyor in the multi axis mechanical platform.The system performance test results show that the image processing and transmission accuracy of the system is high,and the dynamic response speed is fast;compared with the contrast system,the operation time is reduced by more than 3.55h,and the air tightness qualification rate is increased by more than 0.11%under the same workload.
