摘 要:登塔作业是高空安保领域中一项高风险的任务,传统的登塔作业方式存在安全隐患和效率低下的问题。本研究提出了一种基于无人机的高空安保绳智能遥控悬挂系统的实现方案。该系统由三款装置相互配合完成高空安保绳的展放,实现相互配合的安全性和准确性,获得一种基于无人机的牵引绳展放高空安保绳系统,能够解决绞磨的固定与安装技术、绞磨的动力选择、高空坠落的机械式锁紧机构、建立智能电动绞磨装置与高空作业人员之间的有效信息感应传输系统。通过应用验证,系统在高空登塔作业中具有较高的安全性和可靠性。该系统的应用可以大大提高登塔作业的效率和安全性,对于高空安保工作具有重要的意义和价值。Tower climbing is a high-risk task in the field of high-altitude security.Traditional tower climbing has the problems of hidden danger and low efficiency.In this paper,an intelligent remote control suspension system of high altitude security rope based on UAV is proposed.The system is composed of three devices that cooperate with each other to realize the safety and accuracy of the deployment of the high altitude security rope,and a high altitude security rope deployment system based on the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is obtained,it can solve the fixing and installing technology of grinding,the power selection of grinding,the mechanical locking mechanism of falling from high altitude,and establish an effective information induction transmission system between intelligent electric grinding device and the workers working at high altitude.The application shows that the system is safe and reliable in high altitude tower climbing.The application of this system can greatly improve the efficiency and safety of the tower climbing operation,which is of great significance and value to the work of high altitude security.
