摘  要:为实现对开路故障的及时、有效控制,提高直流降压回路运行的稳定性和安全性,研究一种直流降压回路开路保护器自适应控制方法。该方法通过保护器当中的触发判断电路实时监测直流降压回路的电压或电流信号,与预设阈值比较,实现开路故障判断。利用蝙蝠算法求解,得出研究区段保护器的控制方案,方案中明确哪些保护器合闸、哪些保护器开闸,以及保护器动作顺序程序。基于PID构建控制器,在控制器的控制下,让电子开关执行合闸或者开闸保护动作,从而切断直流降压回路的电流,防止开路故障对电路造成进一步损害。开路故障被排除后,保护器自动恢复到正常工作状态。结果表明:控制方法应用下,在控制的第11 s左右,开路故障区段的电压值下降到12 V以下并逐渐趋于稳定,证明了所研究方法的控制效果。In order to achieve timely and effective control of open circuit faults,improve the stability and safety of DC step-down circuit operation,a self-adaptive control method for DC step-down circuit open circuit protectors is studied.This method monitors the voltage or current signal of the DC step-down circuit in real time through the trigger judgment circuit in the protector,compares it with the preset threshold,and achieves open circuit fault detection.Using the bat algorithm to solve the problem,a control scheme for the research section protector is obtained.The scheme specifies which protectors close,which protectors open,and the sequence program for the protector’s action.Building a controller based on PID,under the control of the controller,the electronic switch is allowed to perform closing or opening protection actions,thereby cutting off the current of the DC voltage reduction circuit and preventing further damage to the circuit caused by open circuit faults.After the open circuit fault is eliminated,the protector automatically returns to normal working state.The results show that under the application of the control method,the voltage value of the open circuit fault section drops below 12 V and gradually stabilizes around the 11th second of control,proving the control effect of the studied method.
