行为护理结合全程健康教育干预对宫颈癌患者术后康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究在宫颈癌患者中应用行为护理结合全程健康教育干预的效果及对其术后康复的影响。方法选取2022年5月至2024年8月九江市第三人民医院收治的宫颈癌患者72例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将36例开展常规护理干预的患者纳入对照组,将36例开展行为护理结合全程健康教育干预的患者纳入试验组。对比两组术后康复指标、疾病健康知识认知能力评分以及遵医行为评分。结果经过干预,试验组患者术后肛门排气时间、排便时间、拔管活动时间、进食时间、胃肠功能恢复时间以及住院天数均比对照组短(P<0.05)。试验组患者宫颈癌病因及高危因素、疾病危害性、诊断治疗、预防护理各维度认知能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组在科学饮食、规律运动、情绪调节、个人卫生习惯、按时复诊方面的遵医行为评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌患者护理中运用行为护理结合全程健康教育干预效果良好,能提升患者对宫颈癌专业知识的掌握程度,促进术后康复,加强患者的自我护理能力与遵医行为。Objective To explore the effect of behavioral nursing combined with full-process health education intervention in patients with cervical cancer and its impact on postoperative recovery.Methods A total of 72 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Jiujiang City from May 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects.A total of 36 patients who were undergoing routine nursing intervention were included in the control group,a total of 36 patients who were undergoing behavioral nursing combined with full-process health education intervention were included in the trial group.Postoperative rehabilitation indicators,disease health knowledge cognitive ability scores and medical compliance behavior scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the postoperative anal exhaust time,defecation time,extubation time,eating time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,and hospitalization days in the test group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive ability scores of patients in the trial group in all dimensions of cervical cancer etiology and high-risk factors,disease harmfulness,diagnosis and treatment,and preventive care were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of compliance behavior in the trial group in terms of scientific diet,regular exercise,emotional regulation,personal hygiene habits,and timely follow-up visits were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of behavioral nursing combined with fullprocess health education intervention in the nursing of cervical cancer patients has a good effect.It can significantly improve the patient’s mastery of professional knowledge of cervical cancer,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and strengthen the patient’s self-care ability and medical compliance behavior.
