系统护理在上消化道出血护理中的实施价值研究

摘　　要：目的评估系统护理在上消化道出血患者中的实施价值。方法将我院2022年4月至2024年6月之间就诊的103例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机法进行分组,对照组纳入51例患者,实施常规护理模式;研究组纳入52例患者,实施系统护理模式,比较两组患者临床康复指标、依从性指标、健康知识掌握水平与心理状况(SAS、SDS)、护理满意度、生活质量。结果研究组的临床症状消失时间、住院时间、止血时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组在规律饮食、不良情绪控制、戒酒戒烟、遵医服药、运动方面依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的健康知识掌握评分高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组在心理护理、健康宣教、护理技术方面满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统护理在上消化道出血护理中的应用可以展现出较高的实施价值。Objective To evaluate the implementation value of systematic nursing in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 103 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who visited our hospital between April 2022 and June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were randomly divided into two groups,with 51 patients in the control group receiving routine nursing care.The research group included 52 patients and implemented a systematic nursing model.Evaluate the implementation value of systematic nursing through inter group comparison.Results The clinical symptom resolution time,hospital stay,and hemostasis time in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The compliance rates in the study group regarding regular diet,emotional control,alcohol and tobacco cessation,medication adherence,and exercise were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the health knowledge mastery score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the anxiety and depression scores were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores in the study group regarding psychological nursing,health education,and nursing techniques were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of systematic nursing in the care of upper gastrointestinal bleeding can demonstrate high implementation value and is worthy of promotion.
