枢轴运动视域下的“精神魂魄”关系

摘　　要：黄玉璐崇古尊经,深研阴阳升降、周环相易之理,一生著述颇丰。《四圣心源》为其学术集大成者,书中提出的“枢轴运动”理论体系将中医的阴阳理论具象化、动态化,极大地拓展和丰富了病证的发病病机与治疗原则。在“枢轴运动”理论体系中,人体气机的运转以圆运动形式呈现,中气作为轴心旋转于内,调控四维之轮升降于外,轴、轮之间相互作用,循环往复,如环无端,维持气、血平衡和精、神交换生生不息的一种生理状态。其中,精构成人体和维持生命活动,神主宰人体的生理和心理,魂跟随心神调控意识和思维,魄与精一起构成人的感觉形体,主管本能反应。本研究从“枢轴运动”理论框架出发,基于阴阳升降关系,整体阐释精、神、魂、魄四者之间的关系,结合《四圣心源》中所载与现代医学精神类疾病症状有共同之处的“惊悸”和“颠狂”两种病症,浅析黄氏培中气以复升降之职、运四维以斡旋气机的核心治疗思路。中气不滞,“枢轴运动”恢复正常,人体内的气机重新达到平衡状态,则病祟冰消而精秘神安。黄玉璐创立的“枢轴运动”理论体系在提供认识人体生命活动新视角的同时,也为临床治疗精神类疾病提供了新的思路和方法。HUANG Yuanyu,a famous TCM master,advocated the ancient classics,conducted in-depth research on the ascending Hand descending of Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)and their circularly mutual transformation,and produced a large number of works throughout his life,among which Sisheng Xinyuan(《四圣心源》)was the culmination of his scholarship.The theoretical system of pivotal movement proposed in the book visualized and dynamized the theory of Yin and Yang in TCM,greatly expanding and enriching the pathogenesis and treatment principles of diseases and syndromes.In this theoretical system,the operation of Qi movement(气机)in the human body presents in a circular motion form,and Zhongqi(中气)as the core axis rotates inside to regulate the ascending and descending of the four-dimensional wheels externally.The axis and the wheels interact with each other in cycles to maintain the physiological states of Qi and blood balance,and the unceasing exchange of Jing(精)and Shen(神).Among them,Jing constitutes the human body and sustains life activities.Shen dominates the physiological and psychological aspects of the human body.Hun(魂)follows Shen to regulate consciousness and thinking,and Po(魄)and Jing jointly constitute the human sensory form and in charge of instinctive reactions.Starting from the theoretical framework of pivotal movement,based on the relationship between the ascending and descending of Yin and Yang,the relationships among Jing,Shen,Hun,and Po are comprehensively explained in this paper.Taking two diseases of palpitation and madness in Sisheng Xinyuan which have common symptoms with modern medical mental disorders,HUANG’s core treatment approach of cultivating Zhongqi to restore its ascending and descending functions,and manipulating four-dimensional movements to regulate Qi movement are also analyzed in the paper.Zhongqi is unobstructed,pivotal movement returns to normal,and Qi movement in the human body regains balance,then the pathogenic factors are eliminated,and Jing and Shen are at peace.The pivota
