摘  要:情景模拟教学法是通过设置不同的情境,将临床问题融合在各个情境中进行教学的方式。其可打破传统教学方式的限制,模拟真实的临床场景,弥补当前教学活动的不足,推动麻醉教学实践的改革及发展。本文阐述麻醉临床教学中存在的问题及不足,情景模拟教学法的概念、在麻醉教学中的应用优势及不足,将情景模拟教学法用于麻醉学教学可激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生的自主学习能力、专业思维及团队协作能力。Situational simulation teaching method is a way of teaching by setting different situations and integrating clinical problems in each situation.It can break the restrictions of traditional teaching methods,simulate real clinical scenes,make up for the deficiencies of current teaching activities,and promote the reform and development of anesthesia teaching practice.This paper describes the problems and shortcomings in clinical teaching of anesthesia,the concept of situational simulation teaching,the advantages and disadvantages of application in anesthesia teaching,which can stimulate students'interest in learning and cultivate students'independent learning ability,professional thinking and teamwork ability.
