摘　　要：文章针对当前建筑行业中施工企业与配套物业在财务管理上面临的挑战,深入探讨了双方之间的财务协同管理机制与创新模式。通过财务协同机制的分析,提出了几种创新的财务管理模式,旨在通过资源整合、技术引入与风险防控,提高双方的财务管理水平和合作竞争力。不仅为施工企业与配套物业提供了具体的财务管理优化策略,也为建筑行业的持续稳健发展注入了新的动力。In view of the challenges faced by construction enterprises and supporting properties in the current construction industry in financial management,this paper deeply discusses the financial synergy management mechanism and innovation model between the two sides.Through the analysis of financial synergy mechanism,several innovative financial management modes are proposed,aiming to improve the financial management level and synergy competitiveness of both sides through resource integration,technology introduction and risk pre vention and control.It not only provides specific financial management optimization strategies for construction enterprises and supporting properties,but also injects new impetus for the sustainable and steady development of the construction industry.
