摘  要:数字技术的飞速发展及其在高等教育领域的广泛运用,为数字化赋能高等教育治理变革、实现高等教育治理体系和治理能力现代化提供了广阔空间。数字化赋能高等教育治理变革既有必然性,也有有限性。当前,我国高等教育治理变革的关键点是治理理念变革,必须破除对数字化赋能的技术主义迷思,处理好目的与手段的关系,高度重视并有效解决数字化赋能可能产生的治理新问题。The rapid development of digital technology and its widespread application in the field of higher education provide a broad space for digitally empowering higher education governance reform and modernizing the governance system and capabilities of higher education.The digital empowerment of higher education governance reform has both inevitability and limitations.At present,the key point of governance reform in higher education in China is the transformation of governance concepts.It is necessary to dispel the myth of technologism of digital empowerment,handle the relationship between purpose and means,and attach great importance to and effectively address the new governance issues that may arise from digital empowerment.
