摘　　要：成长型企业面临“三缺”困境,急需打造“小快轻准”转型模式。本文剖析成品软件和用户定制软件在适应活跃的业务需求变化时所面临的困境。在讨论MOM“小快轻准”的意涵之后,以管窥之见阐释传统MOM软件供应商在切入成长型企业“小快轻准”发展赛道时所应考虑的三个发展路向:低代码化、模块化、HybridSaaS化。Growing businesses are confronted with a“three-fold deficiencies”dilemma and require an expeditious development of a“small,rapid,light,and precise”t ransformation model.The paper analyzes the difficulties faced by off-the-shelf software and custom-made software in adapting to the changing business needs.After discussing the connotation of“small,rapid,light,and precise”in Manufacturing Operations Management(MOM),it explains the three development directions that traditional MOM software vendors should consider when entering the“small,rapid,light,and precise”development race for growing businesses:low code,modularization,and Hybrid SaaS.
