摘  要:钢管,即钢制材料管材,被广泛应用于化工、石油、海洋、地质及军工等领域,在我国经济发展体系中占据重要地位。无缝钢管作为钢管的一大类别,因生产技术难度较大,其产品附加值要远远高于焊接钢管。因此,无缝钢管常被用于高温高压、低温高温、高腐蚀等恶劣环境,是国防建设、经济建设的基础性原材料。随着数字时代的全面到来,全球工业发展进入了信息化、智能化的“快车道”,工业生产技术已进入全盛阶段。实践表明,将智能制造用于无缝钢管生产中,提升了20%的产能,降低了7%的能介消耗,人员比例优化后提升了7%。总之,促进无缝钢管的智能制造具有显著的经济和社会效益。Pipes,also known as steel material pipes,are widely used in fields such as chemical industry,petroleum,marine,geology,and defense,playing a crucial role in China’s economic development.Seamless steel pipes,as a major category of pipes,have a higher added value compared to welded steel pipes due to the greater difficulty in production technology.Therefore,seamless steel tubes are commonly used in harsh environments such as high temperature,high pressure,low temperature,and high corrosion,serving as essential raw materials for national defense and economic construction.With the comprehensive arrival of the digital age,global industrial development has entered a fast lane of informatization and intelligentization,and industrial production technology has entered a stage of full prosperity.Practice has shown that applying intelligent manufacturing to the production of seamless steel pipes has increased production capacity by 20%,reduced energy consumption by 7%,and improved personnel efficiency by 7%after optimizing the workforce.In conclusion,promoting the intelligent manufacturing of seamless steel pipes has significant economic and social benefits.
