摘　　要：针对一台使用超过20年的鼓型旋转台在长期使用过程中的问题和不足,提出经济合理的改造提升目标,并对比改造前后的差异。从转台和内嵌升降台两方面阐述了改造时的工艺布置、原结构改造再利用、设备功能参数设定、设计理念等重点内容,总结此类设备改造时容易出现的问题。通过对鼓型旋转台的改造提升实施,总结出同类设备在改造时应特别注意的问题,为后续类似工程改造升级提供参考。Contrapose at the problems and deficiencies of a cylinder type revolving stage equipment used for more than 20 years in the process of long-term use,put forward the economic and reasonable transformation and upgrading objectives,and compare the differences between the schemes before and after the transformation.From the turntable and embedded stage lift two parts of a brief description.List the key contents during the renovation,such as process layout,reuse of original structures,setting of equipment functional parameters,and design concepts and other parts of the key content,summed up the transformation of this type of equipment is prone to problems.Summarize the issues that should be paid special attention to when renovating similar equipment,to provide a reference for the subsequent similar project transformation and upgrading.
