摘　　要：舞台机械统筹在演出项目中负责协调和管理舞台机械方面的工作。本文以国家大剧院原创话剧《抉择》为例,概括、总结了舞台机械统筹在剧目制作中的作用体现,从生产策划与统筹、资源管理与安排、技术支持与解决问题、风险评估与预案制定、沟通与协调等方面,结合在《抉择》剧目中的实操案例,对舞台机械统筹在剧目制作中所起的作用分别进行了阐述、探讨。The stage machinery coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing stage machinery in performance projects.Taking the original drama The Crossroad of the National Centre for the Performing Arts as an example,this article summarizes and concludes the role of the stage machinery coordinator in drama production.It elaborates and discusses the role of the stage machinery coordinator in drama production from aspects such as production planning and coordination,resource management and arrangement,technical support and problemsolving,risk assessment and contingency planning,communication and coordination,combined with practical cases in the drama The Crossroad.
