摘  要:血管性认知障碍是继发于血管性疾病的认知功能损害,目前尚无特异性疗法,临床治疗难度较大。中医学认为,脑心共主神明,故血管性认知障碍病位在脑与心,脑与心在中医学及现代医学的生理、病理上都有较多联系。王松龄教授通过长期临床实践,基于中医学整体观念和辨证论治思想,将“脑心同治”应用于神经系统疾病的诊治,通过益气补血、填精补髓养心脑之体,行气活血、通经活络畅心脑之络,祛痰解毒、辛香宣透开心脑之窍及未病先防等治法,在血管性认知障碍的临床治疗中疗效确切。Vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)is a cognitive impairment secondary to vascular disease.There is no specific therapy at present,and the clinical treatment is difficult.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the brain and heart co-govern the spirit,so the disease of VCI lies in the brain and heart,which have more connections in the physiology and pathology both in TCM and modern medicine.Professor WANG Songling has applied“simultaneous treatment of brain and heart”into the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases through long term clinical practice based on the holistic concept of TCM and the idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment,which has a definite effect in the clinical treatment of VCI through tonifying qi and blood,supplementing essence and marrow to nourish the heart and brain,promoting qi and blood circulation,activating channels and collaterals to dredge the heart and brain collaterals,expelling phlegm and detoxifying to open the orifices of the heart and brain with pungent fragrance,and preventing diseases.
