摘　　要：目的探讨基于院前急救平台培训对男护士自然灾害救援核心能力的提升作用。方法研究对象为自2022年3月—2023年3月前海人寿广州总医院接受院前急救平台培训的男护士30人,对比其培训前后的理论成绩及操作成绩考核、灾害救援储备护士的核心能力评分、批判性思维能力水平得分。结果展开院前急救平台培训后,30名男护士的理论成绩均分为(88.62±9.45)分,操作成绩均分为(97.01±3.58)分,高于展开培训前的理论成绩均分(73.59±12.43)分和操作成绩均分([76.55±6.49)分,P<0.05];培训后男护士的灾害救援储备护士的核心能力评分(210.04±27.55)分高于培训前([177.71±31.80)分,P<0.05)];培训后男护士的灾害救援储备护士的批判性思维能力水平(384.88±44.27)分高于培训前([329.66±78.35)分,P<0.05]。结论对男护士展开院前急救平台培训可不断提高其自然灾害救援能力,并且培养其批判思维,帮助其成为自然灾害救援中不可或缺的一部分,提高救援质量。Objective To explore the role of pre-hospital emergency platform training in enhancing the core competencies of male nurses involved in natural disaster rescue.Methods This study involved 30 male nurses who completed pre-hospital emergency platform training at Guangzhou General Hospital of Qianhai Life Insurance between March 2022 and March 2023.We compared the theoretical and operational performance assessments,core competency scores of disaster rescue reserve nurses,and critical thinking ability scores before and after the training.Results After the training,the theoretical score of the 30 male nurses was(88.62±9.45)points,and the operational score was(97.01±3.58)points.Both scores significantly improved compared to their pre-training scores:the theoretical score was(73.59±12.43)points,and the operational score was(76.55±6.49)points(P<0.05).Additionally,the core competency score of the male nurses in disaster rescue after training was(210.04±27.55)points,which was higher than their score before training(177.71±31.80)points(P<0.05).Furthermore,the critical thinking ability level of the male reserve nurses for disaster rescue improved after training to(384.88±44.27)points,compared to(329.66±78.35)points before training(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting pre-hospital emergency platform training for male nurses significantly enhances their capabilities in natural disaster rescue,fosters their critical thinking skills,makes them invaluable members of disaster response teams,and improves the overall quality of rescue operations.
