摘  要:永磁同步电机效率高、响应快等优点被广泛应用于生产制造业。因永磁同步电机传统控制方法中参数失配会导致电机控制性能下降,针对该问题,提出了一种永磁同步电机双环滑模控制策略。首先,分析和推导了参数失配过程中的电机数学模型。其次,针对转速环设计滑模速度控制器;同时对电流环引入超局部模型,并设计了滑模扰动观测器,对未知部分准确观测,通过Lyapunov理论证明了滑模扰动观测器的稳定性。最后,与传统有限集模型预测控制的仿真结果对比,所提出的控制策略能进一步提高永磁同步电机参数失配时的抗干扰性,从而提升系统鲁棒性。Based on the advantages of high efficiency and fast response of permanent magnet synchro⁃nous motors,they are widely used in the manufacturing industry,and their control methods are also ex⁃tensively studied by scholars.However,parameter mismatch in traditional control methods of permanent magnet synchronous motors can lead to a decrease in motor control performance.To address this issue,a dual-loop sliding mode control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motors is proposed.Firstly,the mathematical model of the motor during parameter mismatch is analyzed and derived.Secondly,a sliding mode speed controller is designed for the speed loop,and a super-local model is introduced for the current loop.A sliding mode disturbance observer is designed to accurately observe the unknown part,and the stability of the sliding mode disturbance observer is proven using Lyapunov theory.Final⁃ly,compared with the simulation results of traditional finite set model predictive control,the proposed control strategy can further improve the disturbance rejection performance of permanent magnet synchro⁃nous motors under parameter mismatch,thereby enhancing system robustness.
