中国共产党领导改革开放成功实践研究——基于组织学视角

摘　　要：改革开放基本国策在中国成功实践40多年的关键和根本在于中国共产党的领导。中国共产党之所以能成功担当领导改革开放重任的主要原因在于其同时具备如下条件:明确的始终如一的组织核心使命、清晰且独特的组织愿景、聚焦于使命和愿景的组织目标、科学的内部管理和强有力的组织领导力。与此同时,中国共产党执政的连续性和稳定性以及善于学习汲取外来经验等对改革开放的全面深入推进具有积极意义。围绕上述方面提出,着重加强党组织建设,充分发挥中国共产党的领导作用,对进一步推进和完善改革开放基本国策具有决定性和根本性的意义。The key to the successful practice of the basic state policy of reform and opening up in China for more than 40 years lies in the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The main reason why the CPC can successfully assume the responsibility of leading reform and opening up is that it has the following conditions at the same time:a clear and consistent organizational core mission,a distinct and unique organizational prospect,an organizational goal focused on the mission and vision,scientific internal management and strong organizational leadership.Meanwhile,the continuity and stability of the CPC's governance and its ability to learn from foreign experience are of positive significance to the comprehensive and in-depth progress of reform and opening up.Focusing on the above aspects,this paper puts forward that strengthening the construction of Party organizations and giving full play to the leading role of the Communist Party of China is of decisive and fundamental significance for further promoting and improving the basic state policy of reform and opening up.
