摘  要:随着数字经济的迅猛发展和“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,国际贸易专业人才的培养质量亟待提升以适应新的发展需求。为此,广东高等职业院校在国际贸易人才的培养定位上必须进行战略性调整。文章引入市场营销领域的STP理论,通过运用STP理论对国贸人才市场进行精准细分,提出了以国家战略为指导、区域经济发展为基础、市场趋势为导向、资源优势为依托、企业需求为核心的人才培养策略。该策略的实施,将为广东高职国贸人才培养提供明确的定位和方向,以期培养出更多符合时代发展和市场需求的优秀国贸人才。With the rapid development of the digital economy and the deepening of the"the Belt and Road"initiative,the training quality of international trade professionals needs to be improved to meet the new development needs.Therefore,Guangdong higher vocational colleges must make strategic adjustments in the training positioning of international trade(international trade)talents.This article introduces the STP theory in the field of marketing,and uses the STP theory to accurately segment the international trade talent market.It proposes a talent cultivation strategy guided by national strategy,based on regional economic development,guided by market trends,based on resource advantages,and centered on enterprise demand.The implementation of this strategy will provide a clear positioning and direction for the cultivation of international trade talents in Guangdong vocational colleges,with the aim of cultivating more outstanding international trade talents that meet the needs of the times and the market.
