摘  要:湿式烧结金属摩擦材料试验台工作环境复杂,进行制动试验时需要精确的压力控制。针对试验台液压系统的控制精度低和抗干扰能力差的问题,提出了一种基于改进粒子群算法优化(PSO)的模糊PID控制算法——改进PSO-FuzzyPID控制方法。首先,介绍了试验台的系统组成结构,分析了试验台的动态、静态试验基本原理以及液压系统的压力控制原理,并基于上述分析在MATLAB/Simulink中建立了试验台液压控制系统的数学模型;然后,采用仿真的方式,将传统PID控制、模糊PID控制和基于改进PSO的模糊PID控制在阶跃输入和干扰信号下的控制效果进行了比较,验证了控制方法的可行性;最后,以铜基摩擦片作为试验片,在某公司的湿式烧结金属摩擦材料性能试验台上,对控制方法进行了台架试验,进一步验证了改进PSO-FuzzyPID控制方法的性能。研究结果表明:相较于传统PID、模糊PID控制方法,采用改进PSO-FuzzyPID控制方法后,系统超调量分别降低了10.3%和2.6%,响应时间分别缩短了0.07 s和0.26 s,稳态误差分别降低了0.03 MPa和0.02 MPa。上述结果验证了该方法能有效提高试验台液压系统的控制精度,具有较强的抗干扰能力,可以满足试验台实际控制需求。The working environment of the wet sintered metal friction material test bench is complex,and accurate pressure control is needed during braking test.Aiming at the problems of low control accuracy and poor anti-interference ability of the hydraulic system of the test bench,a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on the improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)——improved PSO-FuzzyPID control method was proposed.Firstly,the system structure of the test bench was introduced,the basic principles of dynamic and static tests of the test bench were analyzed,as well as the principle of pressure control of the hydraulic system,and the mathematical model of the hydraulic control system of the test bench was established in MATLAB/Simulink based on the above analysis.Then,the control effect of traditional PID control,fuzzy PID control and fuzzy PID control based on improved PSO was compared under the step input and interference signal,and the feasibility of the control method was verified.Finally,taking the copper-based friction plate as the test piece,the bench test of the control method was carried out on the wet sintered metal friction material performance test bench of a company,it further verified the performance of the improved PSO-FuzzyPID control method.The research results show that comparing with the traditional PID and fuzzy PID control methods,the method reduces the overshoot by 10.3%and 2.6%,the response time by 0.07 s and 0.26 s,and the steady-state error by 0.03 MPa and 0.02 MPa.The above results verify that the method effectively improves the control precision of the hydraulic system of the test bench,and has strong anti-interference ability,it can meet the actual control requirements of the test bench.
