摘 要:传统工地锤击沉桩过程中,存在沉桩贯入度实时检测的主观性较高、有效记录不方便等问题,为此,提出了一种采用非接触式测量的液压锤击沉桩贯入度实时检测系统。首先,对液压锤击桩体的运动特性进行了分析,建立了桩体运动模型,得到了桩体在一次撞击后的运动曲线,并设计了检测系统的总体方案;然后,设计了检测系统的硬件和软件,选用激光传感器进行了非接触测量,采用微处理器对振动信号进行了滤波处理,采用Mann-Kendall突变点检测算法对数据进行了分割,求得了沉桩的稳定值,并提取出了锤击后的有效贯入度;接着,采用液晶屏显示贯入度数据,并采用无线的方式将数据发送至服务器,进行了远程存储,或将数据保存在内存卡中进行了本地存储;最后,在某一现场工地进行了贯入度测试和停锤提示试验。研究结果表明:将该系统代替传统测量方式,可以更加科学、规范地测量贯入度,并在贯入度满足停锤标准时,及时通知工作人员停锤,其停锤提示准确度达96.9%,可满足用户实际需求,明显提高锤击沉桩的施工效率。Aiming at the problems of high subjectivity and inconvenience of effective record in real-time detection of penetration in the process of hammer sinking pile at traditional site,a real-time detection device of penetration of hydraulic hammer sinking pile with non-contact measurement was proposed.Firstly,the motion characteristics of hydraulic hammer pile were analyzed,the motion curve of pile after one impact was obtained,and the overall scheme of the detection system was designed.Then,the hardware and software of the detection system were designed,the laser sensor was selected for non-contact measurement,the vibration signal was filtered by the microprocessor,and the Mann-Kendall mutation point detection algorithm was used to divide the data to obtain the stable value of pile driving,and the effective penetration after hammer was extracted.Subsequently,the liquid crystal display screen was used to display the penetration data,and the data was sent to the server for remote storage,or the data was stored in the memory card for local storage.Finally,the penetration test and stop cue test were conducted at a certain site.The research results show that:the system instead of the traditional measurement method,can be more scientific,standardized measurement of penetration,and timely notify the staff to stop the hammer in penetration to meet the stop hammer standard.The accuracy of its stop hammer prompt reaches 96.9%,it meets the actual needs of the user,and significantly improves the efficiency of the construction.
