摘　　要：深入探究乡村发展与治理之间的耦合机制,是确保脱贫攻坚成果得以巩固并推动乡村振兴战略有效实施的关键。运用嵌入性理论构建分析框架,深入剖析成都市大邑县安仁镇汪安社区“社会信用治理”体系,发现该体系在实际运行中展现出显著的成效。其实践逻辑可以概括为:治理困境的识别、发展瓶颈的突破、信用的有效联结以及共同体的重塑。从实践逻辑中揭示出一种具有可操作性的乡村发展与治理的耦合机制。Exploring the coupling mechanism between rural development and governance is crucial for consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and effectively implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Using embeddedness theory to construct an analytical framework,this study delves into the“social credit governance”system in Wang'an Community,Anren Town,Dayi County,Chengdu.The findings reveal significant effectiveness in its practical operation.The practice logic can be summarized as:identifying governance challenges,overcoming development bottlenecks,effectively linking credit,and reshaping the community.This practice logic reveals an operable coupling mechanism between rural development and governance.
