摘  要:公立医院编外合同制职工是医院运营中的重要力量,其薪酬管理策略不仅影响职工的工作积极性和满意度,也影响医院的运行效率和医疗服务质量。合理的薪酬结构、公正的绩效评估以及有效的激励机制能够激发职工的工作热情,提升医院的整体绩效。基于此,本文深入分析公立医院编外合同制职工薪酬管理的优化策略,以期不断完善薪酬管理,为编外合同制职工创造公平合理的工作环境,促进医院高质量发展。Non staff contract system employees in public hospitals are an important force in hospital operation.Their salary management strategy not only affects the work enthusiasm and satisfaction of employees,but also affects the operational efficiency and medical service quality of the hospital.A reasonable salary structure,fair performance evaluation,and effective incentive mechanism can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and improve the overall performance of the hospital.Based on this,this article aims to analyze the optimization strategies for the salary management of non staff contract employees in public hospitals,in order to continuously improve the salary management strategy,create a fair and reasonable working environment for non staff contract employees,and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
