小肠多发反应性结节状纤维性假瘤致腹内疝1例报道

摘　　要：本文介绍1例小肠多发反应性结节状纤维性假瘤致腹内疝和急性肠梗阻。患者,男性,40岁,因出现腹痛、腹胀及恶心呕吐等症状入院。进行临床检查发现,小肠及系膜表面存在多发结节状肿物。进行腹腔镜检查术,确诊患者病情。对患者进行手术治疗。术中去除患者肿物及坏死小肠,术后患者恢复顺利,无病情复发迹象。进行病理学检查报告显示,结节为反应性结节状纤维性假瘤,具有低增殖活性及良性病变特征。本文强调对小肠多发反应性结节状纤维性假瘤致腹内疝患者进行病变诊断和及时处理的重要性。This paper describes a case of multiple reactive nodular fibrous pseudotumor of the small intestine resulting in internal abdominal hernia and acute intestinal obstruction.A 40-year-old male patient was admitted to hospital with symptoms of abdominal pain,abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting.Clinical examination revealed multiple nodular masses on the surface of small intestine and mesentery.Laparoscopy was performed to confirm the patient's condition.The patient was treated surgically.The tumor and necrotic small intestine were removed during the operation,and the patient recovered smoothly after the operation without any signs of recurrence.Pathological examination showed that the nodules were reactive nodular fibrous pseudotumors with low proliferative activity and benign lesion characteristics.This article emphasizes the importance of diagnosis and timely management for the patients with multiple reactive nodular fibrous pseudotumors of the small intestine resulting in internal abdominal hernia.
