摘 要:定量聚合酶链反应(qPCR)简称荧光定量PCR,在检验科的分子诊断中发挥着重要作用。然而,临床检验专业的本科实习生对qPCR技术掌握程度较浅,且实习时长有限。为确保教学质量、提高实习生的专业知识和实践能力,本文根据实习现状及带教经验,对qPCR技术的教学改革工作进行总结和探讨。结果表明,通过明确和细化带教目标、以多形式开展教学、完善考核制度等措施,实习人员的学习兴趣和知识掌握情况明显提升,教学效果良好。Quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR),referred to as fluorescent quantitative PCR,plays an important role in the molecular diagnosis of the clinical laboratory.However,undergraduate interns major in clinical laboratory have a relatively weak grasp of qPCR technology and limited internship duration.In order to ensure teaching quality and improve the professional knowledge and practical ability of interns,this paper summarized and discussed the teaching reform of qPCR technology based on the current practice status and teaching experience.The results showed that the interns'learning interest and knowledge mastery were obviously improved,and the teaching effect was good by clarifying and detailing the teaching objectives,carrying out the teaching in various forms,improving the assessment system and other measures.
