破冰船综合电力推进系统宽工况性能分析

摘  要:现有破冰船动力系统多采用柴油机发电,受负载扰动大,同时卡冰等特殊工况易造成机组过载及电网失电。为提升系统性能、削峰填谷,以某重型极地科考破冰船为研究对象,构建以柴电机组为主体,耦合储能装置的综合电力推进系统能量流模型。面向多种工况,采用MATLAB/Simulink仿真计算,提出三层次能量管理方法。结果表明,相比于柴电机组稳定运行的短时破冰工况,长时航线工况触发了启停,节油率高达6.06%,系统最优的投资回报年限为8.07年。文章阐释了多工况下系统的性能表现,储能装置的引入保证了未知响应下柴电机组的高效运行。The existing icebreaker power system mainly uses diesel-electric power,which is subject to large load disturbances,while special working conditions such as ice jamming are prone to unit overload and power loss from the grid.In order to improve the system performance and cut peaks,a comprehensive power flow model of the electric propulsion system with diesel-electric unit as the main body and coupled energy storage system is constructed with a heavy-duty polar research icebreaker as the research object.A three-level energy management strategy is proposed by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation for different operating conditions.The results show that compared with the short-time icebreaking condition where the diesel-electric unit operates stably,the long-time route condition triggers the start-stop and the fuel saving rate is as high as 6.06%,and the optimal payback year of the system is 8.07 years.The study elucidates the performance of the system under a variety of operating conditions,where the introduction of an energy storage system ensures the efficient operation of the diesel-electric unit under unknown conditions.
