摘 要:采用CFD数值模拟技术研究了障碍物形状、阻塞率和空间位置对半封闭管道内预混氢–空气爆燃特性的影响。结果表明,当障碍物阻塞率相同时,火焰传播速度受障碍物形状的影响较小,但障碍物形状对爆燃压力的影响比较显著,三角形障碍物条件下产生的超压最大,圆形的最小,方形、矩形和梯形的接近。对于矩形障碍物,阻塞率对火焰传播速度和爆燃压力均产生明显影响,火焰传播速度随阻塞率增加先变大后减小,不过超压随障碍物阻塞率增大而增大。对于相同阻塞率和间距的矩形障碍物,火焰传播速度和超压在障碍物同时位于管道顶部和底部壁面时最高,位于管道中心位置时次之,位于管道顶部或底部单侧壁面时最小。The influence of the shape,blockage ratio,and spatial position of obstacles on the deflagration characteristics of premixed hydrogen and air in a semi-confined duct was investigated using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulation techniques.The results indicate that,when the blockage ratio is the same,the flame propagation speed is little affected by the shape of obstacles.However,the defagration pressure is significantly influenced by obstacle shape.Triangular and circular obstacles result in the highest and minimum overpressure,respectively.The overpressures for square,rectangular and trapezoidal obstacles are close.For rectangular obstacles,the blockage ratio has a noticeable impact on both flame propagation speed and defagration pressure.The fame propagation speed increases first and then decrease with increasing blockage ratio,while the overpressure increases with the blockage ratio.For the rectangular obstacles with the same blockage ratio and spacing,both the flame propagation speed and overpressure are the greatest when they are arranged on both the top and bottom sides of the duct,the second when they are located at the center axis of the duct,and the minimum when they are at either the top or the bottom of the duct.
