青创群体需求与环高校创新空间匹配测度研究——以七所高校为例

摘　　要：青年创新群体具备开拓力与创新力,是发展新质生产力的关键要素。高校是青年创新群体集聚之地,高校及其周边的环高校片区受到高校知识溢出影响,对于高校青年创新群体影响巨大。研究从青年创新群体需求的视角出发,依据创新行为促进原理,通过访谈与扎根理论建构环高校创新空间质量评价体系,提炼出“生活舒适性、工作便利性、创新协同性”3个评价维度。进而以哈尔滨工业大学等七所高校为例,对其环高校片区评价,识别青年创新群体的需求空间并描述其分布特征,通过与现状创新空间的匹配分析,形成高需求—高供给、低需求—低供给、低需求—高供给、高需求—低供给4类空间单元的匹配测度特征。研究结果表明,青年创新群体需求与环高校创新空间资源整体上较为平衡,但存在着局部突出的错配问题。Youth innovation groups have pioneering and innovative power,which is the key factor of developing new-quality productivity.Universities are places where youth innovation groups gather.Universities and surrounding areas are affected by knowledge spillover,which has a great impact on youth innovation groups in universities.From the perspective of the demand of youth innovation groups,the research constructs an evaluation system of innovation space quality surrounding universities through interviews and the Grounded Theory based on the principle of promoting innovative behavior,and extracts three evaluation dimensions of"comfort of life,convenience of work and collaboration of innovation".Then,taking Harbin Institute of Technology and other six universities as examples,this paper launches evaluation in the space surrounding universities,identifies the demand space of youth innovation groups and describes its distribution characteristics.Through matching analysis with the current innovation space,four matching measure features of space units are formed:high demand-high supply,low demand-low supply,low demand-high supply and high demand-low supply.The results show that the demand of youth innovation groups and the innovation space resources surrounding universities are relatively balanced on the whole,but there are some prominent mismatching problems.
