摘 要:劳动育人是社会主义教育的本质特征之一,是中国共产党立德树人的重要原则,是中国特色社会主义教育模式的重要组成部分。中国共产党领导下的劳动教育在不同历史阶段与社会发展、人才培养需要相结合,呈现出日臻完善的演变趋向。百余年来的劳动育人探索历程,为新时代劳动教育改革创新与实践提供了重要启示:强化劳动育人的政治属性,必须坚持党的全面领导;提升劳动育人质量,离不开坚定的马克思主义劳动教育观;增强劳动育人成效,必须坚定走中国特色劳动教育道路;推动劳动育人与时俱进,离不开教育科技人才体制机制的协同创新。Labor education is one of the essential characteristics of socialist education,an important principle of the Communist Party of China to establish morality and cultivate people,and an important part of the socialist education model with Chinese characteristics.Labor education under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has been evolving in a trend of increasing perfection by combining with the needs of social development and talent cultivation in different historical stages.The exploration process of labor education over the past hundred years has provided important enlightenment for the reform,innovation and practice of labor education in the new Era:To strengthen the political nature of educating people through labor,we must uphold the party's overall leadership;to Improve the quality of labor education is inseparable from the firm Marxist concept of labor education;To enhance the effectiveness of labor education,we must firmly follow the path of labor education with Chinese characteristics;to Promote labor education to keep pace with the times is inseparable from the collaborative innovation of the system and mechanism of education,science and technology,and talents.
