摘 要:目的 探讨“校企医”融合在药学创新应用型人才培养方面的应用效果。方法 针对我校药学专业应用型人才培养中的问题,我们通过“校企医”深度融合共建实习基地、加强“双师型”教师队伍培养、增强药学精品课程内涵建设等方面构建了“1+X”多元化“校企医”深度融合的药学人才培养模式。结果 加强了实践教学环节,增强了“教学-科研-产业-临床-服务”五位一体的一流课程内涵建设,提升了我校药学学科的综合实力和药学专业人才的培养质量。结论 全程、深度、共赢的“校企医”融合,促进了我校药学一流学科的建设,为我校创新应用型药学人才培养注入活力和动力。OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of university-enterprise-medicine integration in the cultivation of innovative applied pharmaceutical talents.METHODS Addressing the issues in applied talents cultivation of pharmacy in our university,we have established a “1+X” diversified university-enterprise-medicine collaborative education model to construct practice base,strengthen double-qualified teachers team,and enhance the connotation construction of high-quality curriculum through university-enterprise-medicine deep integration.RESULTS The education model of university-enterprise-medicine deep integration has strengthened the practical teaching segment,enhanced the five in one first-class curriculum connotation construction of “teaching-scientific research-industry-clinical-service”,elevated the comprehensive strength of pharmaceutical discipline,and improved the training quality of pharmaceutical professionals in our school.CONCLUSION The whole-process,in-depth,and win-win university-enterprise-medicine integration has facilitated the first-class pharmaceutical discipline,and injected vitality and impetus into the cultivation of innovative applied pharmaceutical talents.
