摘　　要：The mechanisms underlying leptin resistance in obesity remain incompletely understood.A recent publication in Nature Communications by Zeng et al.reports a previously undefined negative feedback loop involving ten-eleven translocation enzyme 2(TET2)governing leptin expression and perpetuating leptin resistance in metabolic disease.
