高效液相色谱法分析丁二酸中7种有机酸的含量

摘  要:丁二酸中的杂质有机酸,会直接影响生物可降解聚酯的聚合效果及产品的结构和性能。在马来酸水相加氢生产丁二酸的过程中,存在乙酸、丙烯酸、丙酸等单酸杂质以及马来酸、富马酸、苹果酸等不饱和脂肪酸杂质。本文建立了可同时测定丁二酸等7种有机酸含量的高效液相色谱法,并确定了分析条件。结果表明,所建立的丁二酸等7种有机酸的标准曲线呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99995~0.99999,方法的加标回收率在95%~110%之间,相对偏差RSD在0.125%以下。The impurity organic acid in succinic acid directly affected the polymerization of biodegradable polyester,the structure and properties of the product.Monoacid impurities such as acetic acid,acrylic acid and propionic acid,as well as unsaturated fatty maleic acid,fumaric acid and malic acid,were present in the process of succinic acid production by aqueous hydrogenation of maleic acid.In this paper,the high-performance liquid chromatography for simultaneous determination of seven organic acids,included succinic acid,were established,the analytical conditions were obtained.The results showed that the standard curves of succinic acid and the other seven organic acids showed a good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficients were 0.99995~0.99999.The recovery of this method was 95%~110%and the relative deviation RSD was less than 0.125%.
