共同富裕背景下农村致富带头人的培育路径

摘　　要：乡村要振兴,人才是关键。在人才持续赋能乡村振兴的背景下,农村致富带头人可以发挥榜样力量,为实现共同富裕提供强劲助力。当前农村致富带头人的培育面临多重挑战,包括人才流失严重、社会认知度低、财政支持不足、产业单一等。在扎实推动共同富裕的背景下,亟需建构农村致富带头人有效培育机制的实现路径,以期更好地发挥农村先富带动后富的“头雁”效应,激发“雁群”活力,为全面推进全民富裕建立长效可持续发展机制。In the context of rural revitalization,the cultivation of talent plays a pivotal role.Against the backdrop of talent continually driving rural revitalization,rural entrepreneurial leaders serve as exemplary figures and provide substantial support in achieving Common Prosperity.However,the development of current rural entrepreneurial leaders faces multiple challenges,such as significant talent drain,limited social awareness,inadequate financial backing,and a narrow industry focus.Given the imperative of advancing Common Prosperity,there is a pressing need to investigate practical approaches to establishing an efficient mechanism for nurturing rural entrepreneurial leaders.This endeavor aims to optimize the“leader goose”effect,where rural prosperity leads to subsequent wealth generation,invigorate the community,foster inclusive prosperity,and establish a sustainable development framework.
