人类命运共同体思想非洲传播话语的情感测量及对策分析

摘　　要：人类命运共同体思想已成为人类共同发展、世界共同繁荣的中国方案。借助Python语言及语料库分析软件对近十年人类命运共同体思想在非洲媒体报道中的传播话语进行情感测量与分析,为该思想在非洲传播乃至国际传播提供参考,不断提高中国国际话语权。研究发现,非洲媒体对人类命运共同体思想较为关切,但传播深度不够;非洲媒体传播话语诚恳委婉,整体情感表现积极正面。未来,可通过开展分众传播实践、优化传播话语体系和建立传播反馈机制等方式加强人类命运共同体思想在非洲的传播,不断提升人类命运共同体思想的国际传播效能。Community with a Shared Future for Mankind has become China s plan for the common development and prosperity of mankind.This study utilizes Python programming language and corpus analysis software to measure and analyze the emotional content of the discourse in African media reports on the concept of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind over the past decade.The aim is to provide insights for the dissemination of this concept in Africa and globally,thereby enhancing China s international discourse power.It is revealed that,on one hand,African media has shown considerable interest in the concept of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind,but the depth of its dissemination is insufficient.On the other hand,the discourse of African media is sincere and tactful with overall positive sentiment.In the future,the dissemination of the concept in Africa can be achieved through a variety of methods,including the focus communication,optimization of the communication discourse system and the establishment of a dissemination feedback mechanism.These approaches will enhance the effectiveness of international dissemination of the concept of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.
