摘　　要：本文报告1例以精神障碍为首发症状的嗜铬细胞瘤病例。嗜铬细胞瘤临床表现不典型,早期不易被识别,并且以躁狂症状为突出表现的嗜铬细胞瘤未见文献报告,本病例旨在提高临床医师对该疾病的认识,同时提醒精神科医师要做到详细的病史询问,重视躯体检查,以免误诊误治。This article reports a case of pheochromocytoma with mental disorder as the first symptom.The clinical manifestations of pheochromocytoma are not typical.It is not easy to be identified in the early stage,and there is no literature report on pheochromocytoma with manic symptoms as its prominent manifestations.This case aims to improve clinicians'understanding of this disease,and remind psychiatrists to make detailed medical history inquiries and pay attention to physical examination,so as to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
