摘 要:为解决某车辆行驶时传动系异响问题,对某高速电驱动系统出现的以转子轴转频为基频的异常倍频问题进行仿真分析。为明确影响机制,在Adams中建立包含转动和平动自由度的电驱动传动系统非线性动力学仿真模型,重点考察电机激励源、转子轴不平衡量、花键加工精度及配合精度、传动系统等对倍频激励的影响,利用Adams多步积分法进行数值求解和灵敏度分析。结果表明:倍频激励对电驱动转矩波动以及花键的加工及配合精度较敏感,其与样件拆解分析以及试验结果较吻合;控制转矩波动和花键加工精度及配合精度有助于改善倍频激励异常问题。In order to eliminate transmission system abnormal noise during vehicle operation,a simulation analysis is conducted on the abnormal frequency doubling of the rotor shaft frequency appearing in a high-speed electric drive.To clarify the impact mechanism,a nonlinear dynamic simulation model of the electric drive transmission system including rotational and dynamic degrees of freedom is established in Adams,focusing on the effects of motor excitation source,rotor shaft unbalance,spline machining accuracy and matching accuracy,and transmission system on frequency doubling excitation.Adams multistep integration method is used for numerical solution and sensitivity analysis.The results show that the frequency doubling excitation is sensitive to the torque fluctuation of electric drive and the machining and matching accuracy of spline,which is in good agreement with the sample disassembly analysis and test results.The control of torque fluctuation and spline machining accuracy and matching accuracy is helpful to improve the abnormal issues of frequency doubling excitation.
