摘 要:铜离子是人体生命活动中必不可少的微量元素,其摄入和排出受到机体精密的调控,任一环节受阻都会导致体内铜离子代谢失衡,进而诱发严重的机体功能障碍。最新研究发现,铜离子水平在肺癌、急性淋巴性白血病、多发性骨髓瘤等患者中显著升高,铜代谢失衡与多种神经系统疾病以及肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。铜代谢失衡影响机体免疫应答,导致病原体易感性增加、中性粒细胞数量和功能受损、巨噬细胞抗菌活性降低等。铜离子如何通过调控机体免疫应答进而增强其抗肿瘤功能,是肿瘤免疫学研究的关键科学问题。研究铜离子代谢及其失衡在肿瘤免疫中的功能和作用机制将为肿瘤治疗提供新的策略。Copper ions are essential trace elements in human life activities,and the intake and excretion are precisely regulated to balance the healthy.Any obstruction in this process can lead to an imbalance in copper metabolism,which in turn can induce severe physiological dysfunction.Recent studies have found that copper levels are significantly elevated in patients with lung cancer,acute lymphoblastic leukemia,and multiple myeloma.Imbalanced copper metabolism is closely related to the development of several neurological diseases as well as tumors.An imbalance in copper metabolism affects the function of the immune response,leading to increased susceptibility to pathogens,impaired numbers and function of neutrophils,and reduced bactericidal activity of macrophages.Regulating the immune response to enhance anti-tumor function is a key scientific issue in the field of tumor immunology.Study on the functions and mechanisms of copper ions and the metabolic imbalances in anti-tumor immunity can provide new intervention strategies for cancer treatment.
