甘氨酸镁成功治疗慢性家族性良性天疱疮1例

摘　　要：目的探讨镁离子(Mg^(2+))在慢性家族性良性天疱疮的治疗作用及机制。方法收集1例68岁慢性家族性良性天疱疮女性患者口服甘氨酸镁治疗前后临床资料,并回顾关于使用镁补充剂治疗慢性家族性良性天疱疮的相关文献。结果患者口服甘氨酸镁100 mg,2次/d,治疗4周后有显著疗效,自行减药后病情反复,恢复剂量后病情迅速控制,随访5个月无明显反复及不良反应。截至目前,在PubMed可检索到关于镁补充剂治疗慢性家族性良性天疱疮共有6篇病例报道,国内尚无相关报道。结论镁补充剂可能是慢性家族性良性天疱疮具有前景的治疗选择之一,其疗效的一致性、安全性以及用药剂量需要更广泛的研究。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of magnesium ions in the treatment of chronic familial benign pemphigus.Methods Clinical data were collected from a 68-year-old female patient with chronic familial benign pemphigus before and after oral administration of magnesium glycinate.Additionally,relevant literature on the use of magnesium supplements for treating chronic familial benign pemphigus was reviewed.Results Significant improvement was observed after 4 weeks of oral 100 mg of magnesium glycinate tables,twice a day.Symptoms recurred when the patient self-discontinued the medication,which was promptly resolved upon resuming the prescribed dose.After a 5-month follow-up period,no significant side effects or recurrence of symptoms appeared.To date,PubMed has indexed six case reports on the use of magnesium supplements for treating chronic familial benign pemphigus,with no domestic reports available.Conclusion Magnesium supplements emerge as a promising therapeutic option for chronic familial benign pemphigus.However,further extensive studies are warranted to assess the consistency of efficacy,safety profile,and optimal dosing regimens of magnesium supplements in this context.
