新时代高校师生党支部共建的价值与路径

摘　　要：新时代高校师生党支部要从高校基层党组织的新使命出发,站在国家和民族未来发展的高度,着眼基层党建高质量发展的深度,基于创建共同家园目标的广度,凸显培育优良师生关系的力度,提升以融合共建促发展的效度,深刻认识师生党支部共建的重要价值。目前师生党支部共建还在不同程度上存在共建主体的认识滞后、共建机制的保障失调、共建内涵的拓展乏力等方面的问题,针对问题提出实践路径:用体制机制来推动党支部共建的可持续发展,用立体网络提升党支部共建的育人效果,用多维路径发挥党支部共建的润泽功能。In the new era,the Party branch of teachers and students in higher institution must stick to the new mission of the grass-roots Party organization for the future development of our nation,focus on the high-quality development of grass-roots Party building,and aim at the common goal of teachers and students,highlights close teacher-student relationships,and realize the important value of the joint construction of teacher-student Party branches.However,there exist some problems and weak links in coconstruction,such as inappropriate understanding,imbalanced co-construction mechanism,and lack of connotation of co-construction.Therefore,it is necessary to establish institutional mechanisms to promote the sustainable co-construction of Party branches,to build a three-dimension network to enhance the effect of co-constrction,and to explore multi-directional path for the educational function of Party branch coconstruction.
