摘　　要：回顾我国无缝钢管行业2023年和2024年1—6月的运行情况,研究分析无缝钢管行业发展的新形势、新特点,探讨钢管行业在困境中破局突围的新思路。交流钢管行业发展新质生产力,扎实推进高质量发展的实践经验;总结钢管行业绿色低碳节能减排、降本增效新技术。建议推广数字化检测技术在精整区的应用,以促进我国钢管行业通过技术创新、结构调整实现转型升级、健康高质量可持续发展。Reviewed here in the paper is the operation situation of the domestic seamless steel tube industry during the period of the year of 2023 and the January to June of 2024.Also researched and analyzed are the new situation new development situation and new characteristics of the said industry.Based on which the new ideas concerning how the industry break through the present dilemma is discussed.Furthermore the practice experiences relating to new quality productivity development,and steadily pushing forward the high quality development of the industry are exchanged.Finally summarized are the new technologies of the steel tube industry for green low carbon and energy-saving and emission reduction as well as cost-reduction and benefit-increase.Therefore it is suggested to spread up the application of the digital inspection and measurement to the tube finishing aera so as to promote the transformation and upgrade of the domestic steel tube in-dustry via technical innovation and structure adjustment,and to keep healthy high quality sustainable development thereof.
