摘  要:以我国15个油茶主产区为对象,采用DEA-Malmquist模型对2009—2021年油茶产业综合效率及全要素生产率展开实证研究。结果表明:2009年以来油茶产业综合效率水平整体不高,且各地区产业生产效率存在较大差异,产业发展呈现出典型的空间不均衡特征。主产区油茶产业效率改进的主要动力来自于行业领域多年的技术创新和进步,但单纯强调技术进步是不够的,还要兼顾产业经营规模与生产投入、技术水平之间适配性,避免出现因规模冗余或规模不足导致全要素生产率下降。最后,分别从政府和企业的视角提出促进我国油茶产业效率提升的对策建议。Taking 15 major producing areas of Camellia oleifera in China as the object,the DEA-Malmquist model was used to conduct an empirical study on the comprehensive efficiency and total factor productivity of the Camellia oleifera industry from 2009 to 2021.The results showed that since 2009,the overall level of comprehensive efficiency of the Camellia oleifera industry was not high,and there were great differences in the industrial production efficiency of different regions,and the industrial development showed typical spatial imbalance characteristics.The main driving force for the improvement of the efficiency of the Camellia oleifera industry in the main producing areas came from the technological innovation and progress of the industry for many years,but it's not enough to simply emphasize technological progress,but also to take into account the adaptability between the scale of industrial operation,production input and technical level,so as to avoid the decline of total factor productivity due to scale redundancy or insufficient scale.Finally,from the perspectives of the government and enterprises,it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the efficiency improvement of China's Camellia oleifera industry.
