摘　　要：游离核酸(cfNAs)作为新兴的生物学标志物,在产前诊断,肿瘤的治疗监测及心血管系统及神经系统疾病标志物等方面已进行大量研究和应用。本文对cfNAs的种类和产生机制,样本提取和技术分析等方面进行综述,相信随着生物学技术的进步,cfNAs的提取和研究方法及数据分析必将会取得更长足的发展,并促进其临床应用。As emerging biomarkers,cfNAs have been extensively studied and applied in prenatal diagnosis,tumor treatment monitoring,and cardiovascular and neurological disease markers.This article provides a review of the types and mechanisms of cfNAs,sample extraction,and technical analysis.With the advancement of biological technology,the extraction and research methods of cfNAs,as well as data analysis,will undoubtedly make significant progress and promote their clinical applications.
