摘　　要：通过创设验证“一万小时定律”的课程思政情境,引导学生思考坚持进步的价值,培养学生批判性思维、严谨务实的科学态度;通过上机锻炼学生计算思维能力,培养学生精益求精的大国工匠精神。The curriculum ideological and political teaching situation,proof of 1oooo hour rule,is pro-posed in this teaching case.It guides students to think about the value of continuous effort and cultivates students'critical thinking skills and rigorous and pragmatic scientific attitude.Through computer prac-tice,not only the computational thinking ability but the spirit of great country craftsmen for excellence and the innovation ability of the students have been cultivated.
