摘  要:分别在2款洗衣液、2款洗衣凝珠配方中应用不同厂家的碱性蛋白酶,检测37 ℃放置4周和8周后的酶活力与去污力,以此考察蛋白酶在洗涤剂中的稳定性。测试结果显示,同一基体,不同厂家的蛋白酶活力存在显著差异,由此导致的去污力也有明显优劣之分,因此洗涤剂生产厂家有必要对于蛋白酶进行严格筛选。同时,研究发现洗涤剂配方对于蛋白酶存在影响。含有椰子油脂肪酸的洗衣液配方对蛋白酶更加友好,有助于维持酶活力。凝珠体系酶活力均高于洗衣液,同时高含量AEO_(9)与碱性蛋白酶复配,去污力更强,但不同凝珠配方之间的酶活力没有明显区别。Alkaline protease from different manufacturers was applied to two laundry detergent and two laundry detergent pods formulations.The enzyme activity and detergency were detected after four weeks and eight weeks at 37℃,so as to investigate the stability of protease in detergent.The test results showed that the same matrix,different manufacturers of protease activity was significantly different,so it is necessary for detergent manufacturers to strictly screen protease.At the same time,it was found that the detergent formula had an effect on protease.Laundry detergent formulations containing coconut oil fatty acids were more friendly to protease and helpful to maintain enzyme activity.The enzyme activity of the laundry detergent pods system was higher than that of laundry detergent.The combination of AEO_(9) with high content and alkaline protease made the detergent more powerful,but there was no obvious difference in enzyme activity between different laundry detergent pods formulations.
