摘 要:以四川地区19所特殊教育学校36名音乐教师作为研究对象,围绕音乐课现状展开调查研究,从个人基本情况、教材使用、教学基本情况、学校开展艺术活动情况、职业满意度等开展调研。调研结果显示,个别特殊教育学校无专职音乐教师、教材针对性不强、教具使用较为单一、有的音乐教师职业满意度不高,是这些地区特殊教育学校音乐教育目前存在的主要问题,针对上述问题提出优化师资配置,开发校本教材,丰富教学形式,完善评价机制等建议,以供参考。Taking 36 music teachers from 19 special education schools in Sichuan region as the research objects,an investigation and research was carried out on the current situation of music lessons.The research was conducted from the aspects of personal basic information,the use of teaching materials,the basic situation of teaching,the situation of art activities carried out by schools,and career satisfaction.The research results show that mainly problems exist in music education in special education schools in these areas,such as individual special education schools having no full-time music teachers,teaching materials lacking in pertinence,the use of teaching aids being relatively monotonous,and some music teachers having a relatively low level of career satisfaction.In view of the above problems,suggestions such as optimizing the allocation of teaching staff,developing school-based teaching materials,enriching teaching forms,and improving the evaluation mechanism are put forward for reference.
